Do you Provide Quotes Over Phone/Text/Email?

We do not provide quotes for our work. There is a base line for dry cleaning and laundering, but tailoring, materials, and complexity of the work needed to be down will affect the prices. Any inquiry for a price will be politely ignored.

I have a Wedding/Prom event coming soon, How soon should I get my Dress Tailoring or Tuxedo Rental started?

For Tuxedo Rentals, we ask that you come in at least 1 month prior to the day of your wedding. The more complex the dress or customized the tuxedo rental, the more time we will need to prepare and provide the best service. As for Prom or Wedding dress, 2-3 months notice is ideal, which will allow for a 2nd or 3rd fitting if needed. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so simple dresses can be tailored within 2 weeks of pickup and Tuxedos, if the style and color are available, can be prepared in 1 week after your fitting.

Do I need an Appointment to bring my dry cleaning or Tailoring?

Walk ins for tailoring are welcome so long as the clothes are not complex (i.e. a multilayered dresses) or a large quantity of clothes that requires multiple change of outfits. Dry Cleaning does not require an appointment.

Do you Accept Shoes or Leather clothing for cleaning or Repairs?

YES. We accept leather for cleaning and tailoring, and shoe repair requests. We also do Ugg cleaning, comforters, table clothes, and other cloth based household covers and items.

Is it possible to get same day service for dry cleaning or tailoring?

Tailoring, no. Dry cleaning, only if it is brought in early in the morning, before 9 AM on a weekday, and 10 AM on Saturday. However, same day does not mean 2 hours. Early morning drop off will allow us enough time to prepare your clothes for an afternoon pick up. There is an additional surcharge for same day work.
